Mr. Ronny Nuñez is the Managing Director and founder of LLN Funding LLC, doing business as Exact Rate Mortgage. Prior to starting the company, Mr. Nuñez spent over 20 years working for some of the nation's largest banks. During this time, he learned first-hand what banks can and cannot do under their respective internal credit policies as they relate to residential and commercial real estate loans. Mr. Nuñez often says that, during his years in banking, it didn’t matter how strong his relationship with a client was—even if the client had been his own father or mother—if a loan didn’t fit “in the box,” it simply wasn’t going to get done.

Mr. Nuñez founded Exact Rate Mortgage to offer clients a wide array of financing options when looking for a new residential or commercial real estate loan. At Exact Rate Mortgage, we don't work with just one capital partner; we work with MANY of the nation's largest wholesale lenders. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
